Although Scarlett was born in London, she moved to Bristol aged 2 with her family, and she has been lucky enough to call Westbury Park, Stoke Bishop, Sneyd Park and Westbury on Trym home through the years. Needless to say, she knows our areas of Bristol undeniably well! Having grown up around the property sector, Scarlett’s interest in property came naturally, so naturally in fact that despite her young years, she has already been involved with the set up of a successful Serviced Accommodation business and has gained much practical experience of managing and staging properties as well as overseeing stays etc. At just 12 years old, she even presented a masterclass sharing the insights of launching and managing an SA business! Very impressive indeed! It is this remarkable achievement that Scarlett credits in giving her the confidence to pursue her passion for property and forging ahead in her property career. We therefore feel very lucky to have Scarlett join us as part of our family; with her wealth of property experience and her scholastic background in health and social care, Scarlett has very quickly settled into her role and has a natural aptitude for client care and property advice. In her spare time, Scarlett loves to learn and research all things property (we did say it was an inherent passion!), as well as kayaking, paddleboarding, travelling, and spending time with friends and family whom she frequently impresses with her amazing cooking skills, having undertaken an intensive residential cookery course at a multi award winning cookery school. But perhaps something Scarlett loves most (even more than property!) is her dog Cub. They can often be found on long walks together and in their local care homes – Cub is a trained therapy dog and he and Scarlett love to help and ‘give back’ to their community. Oh, and finally, as if our Scarlett isn’t inspiring enough – she has also completed the LAMDA level 2, grade 4 exam in musical theatre!! Amazing.
