Following a rather successful (and impressive) ballet career in Germany, Japan and with the Royal Ballet in London, Duncan started his property journey after having featured on the BBC ‘Pay off your Mortgage in 2 Years’ TV show. This experience ignited his interest in property development. Following the show, he renovated and sold his first Central London property, bought another one and then promptly sold it to seek a more ‘country living’ lifestyle in rural Somerset. However, the when the world re-opened after Lockdown, the delights of city living beckoned again and Duncan put his smallholding up for sale and (rather excitingly), it was sold as ‘Exmoor Property of the Month’. He then bought again in the Big Smoke, and whilst there, worked in Chelsea as a Sales Negotiator with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, giving him rapid insight into a fast-paced, luxury market (preparing him well for life at RH!). However, in time, he began to realise that his heart had been left behind in the Southwest (of course it was – Bristol is the perfect location to have it all!) and he has relocated back home. And we are so pleased he has – Duncan has very quickly become a valued and esteemed team member. A rather clever chap, he is fluent in French and German from having lived in both countries, but will readily conduct a viewing in Italian, if you are a buyer from Rome or Milan. As a former dancer, he loves to be feet on the ground, showing buyers around their future homes, is eager jump into any opportunity and will happily partner you through the selling process – you could say his moves will help you move!
