Once you are registered, we will send you regular emails or mailings of suitable properties and will also telephone you if appropriate. If we do not happen to to have what you are looking for, we will actively go out and try and find it for you. There are often properties that we are aware of, not yet on the market, but may suit your needs.
You may also have a property to sell, and we would be delighted to provide help and advice if you are located within our working area. We may also be able to make recommendations of good agents operating in your area if we do not know it ourselves.
When you agree to buy a property through us, we will do all that we can to ease the sale through the conveyancing process, and we will keep you informed every step of the way.
As a buyer, you will always put yourself in a stronger position if you have arranged any finances you require in advance, ideally with supporting paperwork from your lender and/or evidence of available cash funds. It is also an advantage if you have a good solicitor and surveyor lined up and the costs identified. If you would like us to recommend suitable solicitors, surveyors and mortgage advisers we would be pleased to do so.
